How does AI usage work?
Every AI capability — resume parsing, JD generation, applicant scoring, email drafting, interview brief generation, copilot suggestions — draws from a per-company monthly usage allowance. The Free plan includes a generous allocation; each paid tier provides a larger one.
Current usage is visible on the company dashboard. The allowance resets on the first of each month; unused capacity does not carry over.
What happens if the AI usage limit is reached mid-month?
AI actions become temporarily unavailable, with a clear indication in the interface. All non-AI functionality — job openings, applicants, candidates, interviews, and saved email templates — remains fully operational.
The budget is restored on the first of the following month. Alternatively, upgrading to a larger tier takes effect immediately.
How is candidate data handled?
Every AI decision is logged alongside the applicant record, providing a complete audit trail suitable for compliance review. Right-to-erasure requests can be actioned via built-in deletion tooling, without manual database intervention. Candidate content is not routed to consumer LLM services by default; the AI provider engaged handles data under an enterprise agreement.
What do you really provide?
We provide applicant tracking services (SaaS / Cloud).
Our main solution portfolio:
- Resume uploading and searching
- Candidate Management System
- Talent Pool Management
- Recruiting Management System
- Recruitment Goals/Tasks Management
- Interview Management
- Skills/Competencies Management
What does the number of candidates / resumes mean?
A candidate is a person you want to watch, hire, keep and grow. You can build different talent pools to manage those valuable people. They can be filtered as candidates to job openings in our system. If the same person applied for more than one position, it is still regarded as one candidate.
The number of talent / resume is the number of records in our system. You can delete uninterested talent if your company has not interviewed them.
What if I don't want to continue using your service?
If you don't want to continue using our service, all your data will be kept for one month. After that, all data will be purged.
We encourage you to back up all your data before that time. We can provide all the related data in our system to you once we get your request.
Is your service secure?
We know your data is extremely important to you and your business, and we're very protective of it.
- All passwords are filtered from our logs and one-way encrypted in the database using bcrypt.
- When you sign up for a paid account, we do not store any of your card information on our servers. It's handed off to PayPal, a company dedicated to storing sensitive data on PCI-compliant servers.
