We know your data is extremely important to you and your business, and we're very protective of it. All the recruiting data and talent data(resumes/skills/contacts) are isolated and protected. None of them would be shared without your written approval.
Login safety
All passwords are filtered from all our logs and are one-way encrypted in the database using bcrypt.
Credit card safety
When you sign up for a paid account on TalentLists, we do not store any of your card information on our servers. It's handed off to Paypal.com, a company dedicated to storing your sensitive data on PCI-Compliant servers.
AI features
AI features (resume parsing, screening score, JD generation, email drafts, interview brief, copilot suggestions, and more) handle personal information with a privacy-first posture. Every AI decision is logged alongside the applicant record for audit — your legal team can trace exactly what the AI saw, what it returned, and which recruiter acted on it. Right-to-erasure requests can be actioned via the built-in deletion tooling.
Every AI call is metered against a per-company monthly budget; current usage is visible on the company dashboard. AI outputs are advisory — recruiters retain full authority over every decision, and the ATS (job openings, applicants, candidates, interviews, email templates) operates fully without any AI usage.
