Position summary:


EnCompass LLC is seeking experienced Chief of Party (COP) candidates, from all over the world, on a continuous basis, to join our talent pool for future proposals and projects in the following specialization areas:

  • Program and Project Evaluation (including M&E, MEL, MEAL, MERL)
  • Gender and Social Inclusion
  • Adult and Virtual Learning
  • Capacity Development / Building

 

Candidates joining our COP talent pool should have:

  • Prior experience as a Chief of Party on a USAID project
  • DCOP experience will also be considered
  • Program and Project Leadership experience at other USG and donor funded work will also be considered
  • Technical experience in any combination of the following: MEL, CLA, M&E, Gender, Learning, OD, effectively managing field office, and related

Agriculture; Education; Energy/Renewable Energy; Health; Land and Property Rights; Roads and Transportation; Water, Sanitation and Irrigation; Environmental and Social Performance; Trafficking in Persons and Sexual Exploitation and Abuse; and Women’s Economic Empowerment.

There is no closing date. Qualified applications will be reviewed and considered on a rolling basis as new RFPs and task orders are received.

  • Countries in which you have experience working
  • Sectors and topic areas in which you have experience
  • Countries/regions where you have the legal right to work without requiring employer sponsorship
  • Country in which you currently reside
  • Your daily rate and/or annual salary expectation (please specify currency)
  • Which donor agencies or international funders you have experience working with
  • If you have served as COP or DCOP on a USAID or other USG assignment or project (state which agency and project)
  • All languages you speak and the level of fluency
